Bleach: Heat the Soul 5 is the fifth iteration in the popular PSP series, and features the same 3-D cel-shaded fighting action the series known for. Players take on the role of one of the many popular Bleach characters, guiding them through single-person story mode or versus mode via wireless ad-hoc play. This latest sequel also includes new enhancements and features, such as a "tag" system that allows players to partner characters together for use in "Tag Battles" versus the computer or a friend. The "Tag Master" mode requires players to train up their tag team, unlocking new challenges and playable characters by beating up bosses. A total of 34 popular Bleach characters are playable, but using a save file from Heat the Soul 4 can unlock 16 more extra characters!
